Soccer Tricks

One popular trick is called “stop other foot.” This is a move where you
stop the ball then hit it. This next trick has a name in Spanish (chilena),
but I don’t know what the name is in English. For this trick, once you have
the ball, hit the ball with your foot, throw yourself on the ground, hit
the ball with your foot towards the goalie’s net, and, hopefully, score your
goal. This next trick is called “the rainbow.” For this trick, what you do is
you protect the ball with your feet by sliding the ball from one foot to the
other. Constantly moving the ball, even if it is just a little, helps protect
the ball.
