Is Caffeine Harmful?

Hi! My name is Kanisha and I am going to tell you how caffeine is harmful. First
to start out, do you know that coffee has more caffeine in it than pop does? Matter
of fact pop has half as much caffeine has coffee does. If you ask people if they like
pop and they will probably answer you yes. They do that because the caffeine
makes their body feel great. For those of you who enjoy caffeine, did you know
that caffeine is a type of drug? Also caffeine can be found in tea, chocolate bars,
and bubble gum.

Now it’s time to talk about how caffeine is harmful. If you drink caffeine a lot, you
will be addicted to it and that’s bad. Caffeine makes you feel like you have a lot of
energy because it elevates your blood sugar. Sometimes you can feel a little dizzy,
you can get cramps, a runny nose, an increased blood pressure, and high
cholesterol—and you know you don’t want that. Giving a child one can of soda is
like giving an adult four cups of coffee.

Now I have told you about caffeine and coffee and about how caffeine is harmful. I hope that you drink less caffeine so that you won’t have cramps. If one day you decide that you want a cup of pop, I’m telling you now:

DON’T DO IT!!!!

because you never know what would happen. So just tell yourself
from now on, don’t drink pop for at least a week. Drink a cup of water for a week
or two days. I hope you enjoyed my article.
