Is Caffeine Harmful?

Now it’s time to talk about how caffeine is harmful. If you drink caffeine a lot, you
will be addicted to it and that’s bad. Caffeine makes you feel like you have a lot of
energy because it elevates your blood sugar. Sometimes you can feel a little dizzy,
you can get cramps, a runny nose, an increased blood pressure, and high
cholesterol—and you know you don’t want that. Giving a child one can of soda is
like giving an adult four cups of coffee.
Now I have told you about caffeine and coffee and about how caffeine is harmful. I hope that you drink less caffeine so that you won’t have cramps. If one day you decide that you want a cup of pop, I’m telling you now:
DON’T DO IT!!!!
because you never know what would happen. So just tell yourself
from now on, don’t drink pop for at least a week. Drink a cup of water for a week
