Would You Like to Fly?!
By: Jesus

If you would like to fly, then you will really like learning about the
harrier hawk, which is also known as the Marsh hawk. The hawk got its
name by the way that it hunts by flying down close to the ground. A
harrier hawk has long legs, wings, and a long tail. When you see a
harrier hawk fly, it is as if it is floating on the air. “Buoyant”
is the scientific name for floating.
Harrier hawks have different colors, and this is how we know if they
are male or female. The male has a pale, gray back of the head and the
female has a brown head. The normal length of a Harrier hawk is 60-66
centimeters. Its habitat is woods and high mountain meadows. They also
watch their prey from the top of these mountain meadows. Harrier hawks
have a special facial disc that works to help them find their prey.
They are omnivorous and that means that they eat meat and plants. These
are some pictures of the harrier hawks.

And that is my presentation. Thanks for reading this article.
