You can learn how to dance like Shakira—or even better —
by taking belly dance classes. It makes no difference what shape or nationality you are.
First, you must stand with your feet less than a hip’s width
apart and with your feet flat on the floor. Begin by slowly moving the left hip up, and then
do the same thing with the right hip using either your knees or you muscles. Slowly move your
body until you feel comfortable with it. However, you’re not
done quite yet…. The next step is to dance it to the rhythm of the music. Make your movements
slower or faster, once you get into the rhythm of the music (or a good vibration to the music.)
Once you’ve got those steps down, well, you’ve got it. Nevertheless, remember don’t exaggerate!
