Soccer Muscles
By: Oscar

If you like soccer and you are good at it, then that means that you have strong
leg muscles. The first thing that you should do when you’re training by yourself or with
your team is always warm up. The exercises of warming up are running, stretching,
and dribbling.
Running is a good warm up because if you are tired from your legs, you can run
and your legs can warm up for any other exercises. If you’re running with your legs,
then they are not going to be sore any more and you can run for a long time.
Stretching is another good warm up because it stretches your legs so that you
can get a hold of the ball better. Stretching is a good warm up because it helps your
legs to run, it helps you jog, and it helps you dribble the ball. Another good thing
about stretching is that it can help you do cool tricks.
Another good warm up is dribbling the ball because you can grab the ball better.
If you learn how to dribble well, then you can foul other players when you play
against them.
